This is a one-on-one, intense, one-day communication coaching session that helps build confidence and sharpens delivery skills. Prior to the session the participant is asked to put together a set of personal communication goals that they feel need to be improved upon. These goals could come from a personal need to improve, the supervisor’s evaluation, or daily conversations from co-workers. Often the goal is to improve one-on-one communication E-mail, or other written communication. If the coaching session is to focus on presentations, then the trainee comes to the session with at least one business presentation. This is videotaped as he or she delivers to establish a baseline.

The Basic SAP Skills workshop will familiarize the worker with an elementary understanding of how they will interact with the SAP system for both data entry and retrieval.
