Trainer Skills Development - Level 3 Presenting, Evaluating, Follow Through And Identifying Results Course Outline 2 Hours €“ Video Conferencing Training Description: This is the third course in the Trainer Skills Development series and this module covers the following topics: Presenting; Evaluating; Following Through; and Identifying Results of the training course. Each student in this course will use the information they have used to evaluate training presentations. During the course they will observe a presentation and they will learn how to evaluate training and create ways to identify results of training. Then each student will evaluate the effectiveness of a presentation and identify ways to follow up training later on the floor. Students will also learn how to develop evaluation material to determine how well the training program has worked and identify results of the training course. Objectives: Upon completion of this course the trainee should be able to: 1. Observe a training presentation and using the methods learned in previous courses to evaluate it. 2. As the second course in a three course sequence you will learn about how to create effective training material and how to develop a effective training program for your employees. This course will cover how to determine what should be in your course and how to design training material from individual lessons to the complete course.
